@shiftms Find something you love and set loads of mini goals so you slowly increase. Eg I will walk to my usual place + 1 more house today or I will add in 1 more weight or 14 days ....and then celebrate every single win 🧡💪🎉

This happens far too often😞. Accessibility in entertainment venues is a real issue. Separate enclosures causes family/friends to be split and yet this is mixed seating. What would be the dream fix? Front row seat or back to a divide between seated and standing areas? Or ...?

Florence + the machine told everyone at tonight’s concert to love each other, but there wasn’t much love for disabled people tonight. Flo spent the whole night telling everyone with SEATED tickets to stand up & jump. This was my view. Show ruined for me, a wheelchair user💔
