@HazeltonsBasket Placed an order 3rd December to a colleague in Vancouver for delivery within 5 bus days. Hazeltons sent it to Ontario (a complete stranger emailed me) Finally delivered 8th January. No response to my customer services email asking why the delay. Terrible service.

@barclaysukhelp still on hold. So far this weekend have spent about 5 hours trying to get through - this call over an hour and a half. I need to cancel a DD and sort out a SO issue. Barclaycard aren't taking calls either. What's the issue?

@BarclaysUKHelp Been trying to get through to Barclays and Barclaycard all weekend by phone. The Barclaycard website is down and no answer via the direct call service in the Barclays app. Really disappointed with Barclays all round.
