Wow! Just have to say a huge thank you to the amazing team at @manairport - we needed some help and couldn’t have asked for better support. Thank you so so much! ✈️
Hello @manairport my husband travelled from Manchester Terminal 3 to Mallorca last night and has accidentally left some incredibly important medical devices at the airport security check. We urgently need to get it back- he is type 1 diabetic and has to have insulin. Please help!
Hi @AsdaServiceTeam I have tried to contact you about a racist incident which I witnessed in one of your Go Local stores. I called the contact centre and they just told me to ring the store - I don’t want to report what I saw to the person who did it. Please can you advise?
A Denton primary school is leading an idea that helps children learn maths through storybooks.
Story Time Maths is being piloted at Dane Bank Primary School, on Thornley Lane South @DaneBankPS https://t.co/ofmlNakK6y
@WL_Hospice My lovely Nanna has raised £400 so far to be split between you and DIAS and is only half way there! She is super proud! https://t.co/LvvrKoZ2Up
We are so proud to be referenced in this blog written by @JoAshcroftEd. We continue to work so hard on our curriculum development at Dane Bank and are determined to make it the best it can be for our wonderful pupils.
“We set out the facts”. Except they aren’t facts because the pay increase is NOT fully funded. Perhaps there is a notional amount knocking around somewhere which adds up, but in schools budgets there isn’t a 4% surplus. Which means any pay rise comes at a cost to the children.
Further teacher strike dates have been announced. We set out the facts of the teacher pay offer and how it was fully funded. Read everything you need to know:

A really interesting read and although anecdotal, definitely anecdotes which we are also seeing in school. George was born 4/1/21 and has never seen a HV outside of hospital. These children have been overlooked & we need to do more to support their development #shapingus
@LTeacher123 Funding is allocated per pupil. The school then chooses how to spend this with number 1 expense usually staffing. If a teacher isn’t paid then this money remains in the schools budget for them to spend elsewhere.
This morning Nursery have been using cubes to measure their own feet and the giants feet from Jack in the beanstalk. We used the cubes to help us decide who had bigger feet! #earlymaths

@LaurenMedlicott @hannahfearn I’d be happy to talk. Our nursery fees have just been increased by £10/day. 3 weeks notice. I have 2 children of nursery age. Fees are crippling us!
