@ljin18 Absolutely resonate with this story. I didn't come from a privileged background. You learned how to fight for resources, proactively seek out mentors, and reach out to people proactively.

@corey_marcel@Drift Furthermore! most conversations I have with the Kelvin (the sales rep that's helping us) are done through their chat bot! Conversational marketing/selling is totally changing the way we engage with customers.
@corey_marcel@Drift Hi Corey, the presentation was short and right to the point. Love the way to present the exec summary. Also, it's highly personalized, understand the business needs, and he was comfortable why the higher tier plan is or is not suitable for our business needs
I binge watched Suits this weekend... Just realize there are a lot of lazy writings in that show. They repeatedly say the same thing like "cut my legs out"
1. Think long.
2. It's 99% people, 1% everything else.
3. Becoming a learning machine. (read, read, read, mentors, mentors, invest heavily here)
4. Ego is the enemy, stay humble.
5. Focus on the customer (this is the most important step)
