Start of our holiday ruined already by @No1Lounges Booked direct as part of our @VirginHolsHelp @VirginAtlantic package and half our companions have had their lounge booking cancelled, splitting us up. Should’ve save ourselves £££’s and flown with @TUIUK Lesson learnt

@bandq_help Hi I needed to exchange an item that was damaged when I opened the package. I informed the advisor that I wanted exchange. She insisted to refund me and I had to go and purchase another in the store. I’m £5 after being refunded £24 and repurchasing at £29 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Well done @NewportCouncil for the efficient new way of visiting the household waste and recycling centre. Booking was a pain on the mobile - but much better using the desktop site. The queuing system was well organised with friendly and professional staff members. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
