🚨Don’t stop talking about Iran.
Nasim Pouraghaei took her final breaths in her husband’s arms. A mother of two, reportedly shot in the head and neck in Tehran on January 8, 2026. Her husband held the woman he loved as her life slipped away, knowing their children would never see their mother come home again. During those two days of bloodshed, activists have cited more than 100,000 Iranians killed, a figure that remains disputed and difficult to independently verify. Nasim was one of those lives. A wife. A mother. A daughter of Iran. She should still be here. Never forgotten.
🚨Don’t stop talking about Iran.
Her husband carried the lifeless body of the mother of his two children in his own arms for more than an hour. Her name was Nasim Pouraghaei. She was a mother of two. On the night of January 8, 2026, in Sadeghieh, Tehran, according to the account shared in her memory, Nasim was returning home as crowds were leaving the streets when she was struck by live ammunition in the head and neck and killed. Just like that, two children lost their mother. A husband lost the woman he loved. A family that had left home together would never be whole again. And then came something almost impossible to put into words. According to the account, security forces prevented bodies from being collected, leaving Nasim’s husband to carry his wife’s lifeless body in his own hands for more than an hour. Imagine those sixty minutes. The woman whose hand he had held through life was now motionless in his arms. The mother of his children. The woman who had laughed inside their home, worried about their children, prepared meals, made plans, and expected to wake up the next morning. How do you carry the person you love while knowing she will never open her eyes again? How do you eventually put her down? And somewhere were two children whose mother was never coming home. Children who should have been able to run into her arms. Children who should have heard her voice calling their names thousands more times. Instead, their father was left carrying their mother’s body through the streets. Amid the bloodshed of those days, activists have cited a toll of more than 100,000 Iranians killed in just two days, a figure that remains disputed and difficult to independently verify. But Nasim was never a statistic. She was Mom. She was a wife. She was the center of somebody’s home. NASIM POURAGHAEI. MOTHER OF TWO. SHOT IN THE HEAD AND NECK. A DAUGHTER OF IRAN. Her husband should still be holding her hand, not carrying the memory of holding her lifeless body. Her children should still have their mother. Nasim should still be here. Never forgotten.

The Islamic regime is preparing to hang Reza Zanganeh, a 27-year-old car mechanic.
They accused him of working for Mossad because he repairs foreign cars.
This is what they do. They pick someone, link them to Israel, and hang them.
Share his name before they kill him.
🚨Don’t stop talking about Iran.
A sister lights candles for the brother she can never bring home. Nine months have passed, but grief does not understand calendars. Mehrdad Afza was only 32 years old, a skilled mechanic, a young man with hands that knew how to repair things, build things, and bring broken things back to life. On January 9, 2026, in Dezful, according to the account shared in his memory, Mehrdad was struck by gunfire and killed in front of his own brother. Imagine surviving that moment. One second your brother is beside you, alive. The next, you are watching the person you grew up with fall before your eyes. There are memories a family treasures. First birthdays. Childhood fights. Inside jokes. Family dinners. Growing up together. And then there are memories nobody should ever be forced to carry. Today, Mehrdad’s sister lights candles for him and for the other lives lost. A tiny flame for a brother whose absence has left an enormous darkness behind. She should be lighting candles on his birthday while he stands beside her laughing. His brother should remember growing old with him, not the moment he was shot before his eyes. His family should still hear the familiar sound of him coming through the door. Amid the bloodshed of those days, activists have cited a toll of more than 100,000 Iranians killed in just two days, a figure that remains disputed and difficult to independently verify. Behind every number is a family like Mehrdad’s. A sister lighting a candle. A brother carrying an unbearable memory. A home where one voice is missing forever. MEHRDAD AFZA. 32 YEARS OLD. MASTER MECHANIC. A SON OF IRAN. His hands were meant to keep fixing things for decades to come. There is no tool that can repair the hole his absence left in his family. Mehrdad should still be here. Never forgotten.
Urgent: Political prisoner Reza Zanganeh is in imminent danger of execution after being moved to solitary confinement.
He faces execution under fabricated charges of "Moharebeh" and "collaboration with Mossad."
The regime's 47-year war on the Iranian people continues.
We must amplify the voices of political prisoners and mobilize all available resources to prevent their executions.

🚨Don’t stop talking about Iran.
Some grief does not become smaller with time. A mother simply learns how to wake up every morning carrying something that should have destroyed her. This is the mother of Hamed Deldar, mourning the son she can never hold again. Hamed was only 32 years old. According to the account shared in his memory, he was killed by direct gunfire in Rasht on January 8, 2026. But a sentence like that cannot explain what happened to his mother. Thirty-two years of being his mom. Thirty-two years of knowing his voice without needing to see his face. Thirty-two years of birthdays, worries, arguments, laughter, meals together, phone calls, and waiting for him to come home. Then one day, her son was gone. And the love remained. That may be the cruelest part of losing a child. A mother's love has nowhere to go. Her arms still remember him. Her ears still know his voice. Her heart still expects him. But there is no Hamed to answer when she calls his name. No son walking through the door. No “Mom, I'm home.” Just memories, photographs, and a grief that begins again every morning. Amid the bloodshed of those days, activists have cited a toll of more than 40,000 Iranians killed in just two days, a figure that remains disputed and difficult to independently verify. But don't think about thousands right now. Listen to one mother crying for one son. That sound is what a statistic cannot show you. Somewhere inside those numbers are thousands of mothers carrying the same impossible question: How am I supposed to live the rest of my life without my child? HAMED DELDAR. 32 YEARS OLD. A SON OF IRAN. He should be growing older. His mother should be watching him do it. Instead, she is left growing older without him. Say his name. Remember his mother's cries. Hamed should still be here. Never forgotten.
