Just no HIIT training, running, etc. And of course, food in order.
And you will burn stubborn fat.
@fastrlife Also, I don't know many pro builders who are omnivores or who do excessive amounts of fasting. If you sleep 8 hours and your last meal is around 19:00, you are already fasting for 12 hours, which is more than enough for growth hormone.
@fastrlife I did, and my brain said, "If you fast for 6 hours, you will burn fat, but if in your next meal you eat double the amount of calories, the excess amount of calories will turn into fat. So you are even.".
