@mishaglouberman And of course we’re all trained from an early age to have this notion floating around in our heads and it affects our behavior towards others and vice versa and it makes me sad sometimes. Perhaps this is a trite point?

@mishaglouberman I might snarkily reply “Wonder why!” But of course I don’t think adults are all pretty much the same, though I do think an amazing amount of dumb behavior stems from the idea that “person of such and such a demographic makeup thinks and does and is a certain way” 1/2

@mishaglouberman The monolithic view so many adults and parents have towards “kids”, “teenagers”, and “toddlers”, and so forth is maddening to me and a significant failure of so much modern parenting and person building in my opinion.
