Yes, the Romans had a large presence in Bosnia after the Illyrian revolt, it's fascinating history. There are Roman sites/ruins that are tourist sites in Bosnia that can be visited for free/low cost. The Villa Rustica, remains of a temple to Mithra, some remains of fortresses, the list goes on.
