Can all A-level Law AQA students sign this please to make a change. Even if you happened to revise Private Nuisance and Rylands v Fletcher, it is still very unfair as the advanced information has mislead us and was incorrect. @AQA

@_sophiewheatley @mutualfabz no the damage to property part is relating to ‘negligence’ in the advanced info. so as in the negligence can cause personal injury AND/or property damage. rylands v fletcher and private nuisance does not come under property damage in regards to negligence and injury x

To those upset about @AQA A level law paper 2 I would consider putting as much pressure on AQA as possible whether that be through emails, phone calls etc. to include non advanced info was simply negligent and puts grades at risk. My personal opinion is that the… #alevellaw #AQA
