@NadhimZahawi, @Ofqual and @AndyBurnham justice is needed for A Level Law students who were failed again by the education system by the deceitful Law paper set by @AQA#Paper2 Q10 30 marks on Nuisance & RvF Topics NOT on Advanced Info sent to Centres in Feb?
@AQA still no response to the mess up on A level Law paper 2?! Have you considered how this impacts a child with additional needs such as those with ASD already stressed out by all the disruption caused by COVID. How useful was the Advanced Information?? Not helpful at all
@SimonSp67920753@AQALaw@AQA@aqalawbants exactly. it clearly says the highest tariff questions will be drawn from these topics so how does that explain a 30 marker, the highest mark questions 😭
@CantonAlfie@SimonSp67920753@AQALaw@AQA@aqalawbants it says that the topics listed are for questions with a tariff of 5 or above. so they’ve clearly mislead us. especially because i do aqa psychology aswell and they have stuck so strictly to the advanced information when it says the same thing, so 😔?
Can all A-level Law AQA students sign this please to make a change. Even if you happened to revise Private Nuisance and Rylands v Fletcher, it is still very unfair as the advanced information has mislead us and was incorrect. @AQA#alevellaw#lawaqa

@_sophiewheatley @mutualfabz no the damage to property part is relating to ‘negligence’ in the advanced info. so as in the negligence can cause personal injury AND/or property damage. rylands v fletcher and private nuisance does not come under property damage in regards to negligence and injury x
#alevellaw#aqa#aqalaw@AQA it would have been better to give NO advance information than WRONG advance information, well done screwing thousands of students chances of following a career in law - explanation needed asap as to how you plan to resolve.#aqalaw
@charkmt@Hcz1_@RabiahRahman3@AQA yes thank you girl, i get people who did revise it want lower grade boundaries, but overall it really isn’t fair ! luckily i did revise it a bit but still x
@Hcz1_@charkmt@AQA Understand where your coming from, would be nicer if it was an even playing field for everyone tho and i’m sure you’d still do well and it may not make a huge difference overall, but i get u😩
To those upset about @AQA A level law paper 2 I would consider putting as much pressure on AQA as possible whether that be through emails, phone calls etc. to include non advanced info was simply negligent and puts grades at risk. My personal opinion is that the… #alevellaw#AQA
