@RoxxoDr@Trudeauisaloser@ctvottawa Personal responsibility. You are in control of your life and should choose the best option for you. No one else will take that responsibility and you should prioritize your own well being.
No one will care about you as much as you should.
@RoxxoDr@Trudeauisaloser@ctvottawa The employer is always in charge of work place requirements. The employee accepts, or if not suitable, finds different employment to meet all needs.
@maddie9556@ctvottawa Yes, so true! The ones I know do not have work to do. And they get awards from their managers who are also family / family friends
@StuntmanStu@ctvottawa@11bkjimena It’s not that bad, actually better than some “Italian” restaurants. Admittedly not the best fine dining experience but at the same time not overcharged and paying over $30/40 for basically spaghetti noodles, which I just experienced in a higher end restaurant and was not great
@MaxPowerCDN@ctvottawa Boring repetitive work, unexciting, non creative, old school rules, confining, working with disgruntled employees waiting to retire, nepotism, surrounded by uninspiring people, hated by the public. Why would youth be interested in this life? The ones I know are not. Life is short.
@MaxPowerCDN@ctvottawa I really don’t understand how people, especially young people beginning their careers, would chose the fed govt as a career. It’s not very honourable and I really can’t think of how they would be proud, how they feel about the public’s view, no sense of accomplishment..
