Vietnam coming in at #4 on crypto ownership doesn't surprise me. Since I've lived here from 2015, I've known many tech savvy locals who were already holding Bitcoin, mining ETH, and riding the ICO waves back then. We'll be seeing more web 3 development and infrastructure next year also as the gov is looking to invest more in the space.
