I’m still furious about this… and I know a lot of you are too.
The Southport killer Axel Rudakubana has been moved to Broadmoor and now gets a university-style room, gym, café, TV and more.
While the families of Bebe, Elsie and Alice are left with nothing but pain.
I made a short about it — go watch and tell me what you think:
This is not justice

Orléans.🇫🇷
Eine Straßenbahn.
Dutzende Jugendliche.
Einige vermummt.
Sie rennen um das Fahrzeug herum, greifen es an, werfen, schlagen, springen darauf zu.
Kein Protest.
Kein Zufall.
Sondern offene Gewalt gegen öffentlichen Nahverkehr mitten in einer französischen Stadt.
Währenddessen schreibt ein Politiker öffentlich:
Die Bürger fühlen sich verlassen.
Die Regeln gelten nicht mehr.
Das Gefühl der Straflosigkeit wächst.
Das Video zeigt, was er meint.

This is wild. We have been lied to about everything
We were told chicken is a health food, we’ve been told it’s what we should all be eating
According to nutrient density information by multiple sources including the USDA, it ranks nearly dead last. Here’s the order for nutrient dense meat (generally)
- Beef (especially grass-fed; high in protein, zinc, iron, B vitamins, creatine)
- Lamb (often tops lists for nutrient density per serving; excellent fats, minerals, B vitamins)
- Bison (very lean, high protein, strong mineral profile; frequently #1 or #2 vs. others)
- Venison (lean, nutrient-packed game meat; high vitamins/minerals per calorie)
- Fish (varies: fatty fish like salmon excel in omega-3s; high in protein/selenium)
- Pork (good protein/minerals but often ranks below ruminants; varies by cut)
And all the way at the bottom is chicken:
- Chicken is excellent for lean protein but generally much lower in key micronutrients and fats compared to all the above
We have been lied to about everything
One of the big reason we switched from mainly eating mainly beef and other meats is marketing from major companies like Tyson
Chicken was historically more of a delicacy or seasonal food in the US, not everyday staple like beef or pork. Mid-20th century campaigns by companies like Tyson and others successfully repositioned it as a cheap, healthy, everyday “lean protein” alternative
Marketing played a major role in shifting consumer habits, emphasizing health and nutrition angles while industrial production scaled up dramatically. This was classic marketing to expand market share
You should be upset
Socking figures reveal foreign nationals are around 12% of the prison population and overrepresented in serious offence data.
There are nearly 20,000 foreign offenders in the community awaiting deportation.
So that’s dangerous foreign criminals waiting to be deported. DEPORT!
Richard Feynman stood at a Cornell blackboard in 1964 and explained the problem every AI lab is fighting in 2026. The BBC filmed it. Almost nobody watches it.
The lecture is about why nature only answers in mathematics. Every team forcing language models to reason is hitting the wall he mapped 62 years ago.
He was 46. The Nobel Prize came 11 months later. The footage survived on film reels and now sits free on YouTube with fewer views than a keyboard unboxing.
Watch the blackboard section near the middle. He takes 1 of Kepler's laws and rebuilds it from nothing, with notation a 12-year-old can follow.
No slides. No jargon. 1 piece of chalk.
An ML engineer I know paused it 4 times and made his whole team watch it before standup.
You're 62 years late. The lecture is still free.
