YOUR TAX DOLLARS PAID FOR THIS.
Investigators found California High-Speed Rail improperly reimbursed travel tied to a gym, nightclub, a cigar lounge and even private planes.
Taxpayers aren’t an ATM. I want receipts, accountability and every improperly spent dollar accounted for.
Breaking. The US Fifth Cir. Court of Appeals upholds class certification in Sambrano v. United Airlines. (CV-19 vaccine mandate religious discrimination case!!)
X is proud to support Mr. Ruben Sanchez (@rdsanchezjr) in his lawsuit against United Airlines for wrongful termination infringing on his free speech.
After a 27-year career, Sanchez was fired by United for his personal beliefs. Upon receiving a false online complaint, United conducted an intrusive review of Mr. Sanchez’s social media activity on X–none of which was related to his work or his outstanding professional record–and terminated him because United did not agree with his religious beliefs on social issues.
X remains steadfast in defending free speech globally. We stand by Mr. Sanchez in this fight against an unjust termination aimed at silencing personal expression.

@catturd2 Me and 2000 plus United employees stood for their faith! We are winning! Fifth Circ. again the first week of September. The largest class action on this issue is up for debate!
Sherry Walker has been a commercial airline pilot for almost 35 years. She says DEI has so completely undermined safety standards that pilots are sometimes afraid to leave the cockpit for fear of what their co-pilots will do unattended.

Get to the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs). Get to the policies that cost able-bodied pilots years to get medicals after returning from illnesses because the FAA is backlogged and using paper. Get to the fact that we fire pilots on their 65th birthday, when they are qualified to keep flying in Japan, Canada, etc., It cost Social Security hundreds of 1000’s. Or, set the same Congressional age limit! Stop the discrimination. So much wrong at FAA, and they are still allowing airlines who thumb their noses at the President’s DEi ban to fly US military troops under government contracts!
Thank you @realDonaldTrump for the privilege to work for you again. I am thrilled to be rejoining my friend @russvought at OMB where we will once again be the tip of the spear to implement President Trump’s agenda, including working w/ @DOGE to cut wasteful government spending!
Japan issues a serious warning regarding potential risks for those who received the Covid vaccine.
“Compared to those who are unvaccinated, the mortality rate is 5X higher if you get vaccinated twice. We cannot continue these mRNA vaccines”

@GodsRiddles Thank you Brian! We accomplished what many thought was impossible—nationwide class certification! Couldn’t have done it without all of you!
Breaking...A Billion Dollar Class Action against United Airlines over its treatment of employees seeking a religious accommodation to the COVID-19 Shot got the green light from the Northern Federal court in Texas. Details are: (1) CEO intentionally applied excessive punitive acts to those seeking a religious exemption, (2) CEO engaged in coercive acts, (3) United ignored its own safety officer stating the mandate was not needed, (4) court only allowing employees that had a religious exemption to move forward, (5) Plaintiffs have until july 5th to fight for all employees to move forward, (6) United required only "certain" employees to wear the suffocating N95 masks and not other employees to apply maximum punitive measures to employees. Not looking good for the future stock price of this airline.
