Her name is Luise Frisch. It was two years ago today they surrounded Luise, badgered and picked on her, then they stabbed her to death using nail files.

Her attackers are in the video, a 12 and 13 yr old were charged with murder. She was bullied every day by a multiracial group of girls at her school and nothing was done.

My heart is broken.
