can you please explain why:

1) in the may tender, the financial years were FY21, FY22, FY23 and limit set to 50 cr

> where coempt fails, by 14.83% margin.
> coempt does not ask to decrease the budget in PBC
> coempt did not ask to change/update the FY

/// result: tender gets cancelled

2) in the august tender, just 3 months later, the financial years change to FY22, FY23, FY24

> coempt clears this, by a 1.7% margin.

Questions:

May Comes After the Start of April, that is the new Financial Year, Why were the financial years not updated in the earlier tender?

Why did CBSE not lower it down to 30 crores, as some bidder suggested, (which reports suggest, might be present in earlier RfP) as some bidder suggested.

why not changed to 30 cr, to invite more bidders (if that was the goal with other relaxations in the RfP),

Class 12 student Sarthak Sidhant, who investigated tenders awarded by #CBSE to COEMPT Eduteck, the technology vendor for Onscreen Marking Portal that has come under controversy alleged that COEMPT had a ‘very bad track record,’ He has alleged that ‘rules were rewritten,’ in the Request for Proposal (RFP) floated by CBSE were made to ‘favour,’ COEMPT.

#WATCH | Ranchi, Jharkhand | A class 12th student, Sarthak Sidhant, says, “…I have written a blog that compares the tender documents of CBSE. I have uploaded and published it… There were at least 15 discrepancies, as per my blog. I would like to highlight three or four of them. Let me give a background about Coempt. It was known as Globarena, and they have a very shady background. 23 students killed themselves because of coempt… Now, I would like to tell you about RFP (Request for Proposal). What happens is the government issues a tender and asks the bidder to bid for it. CBSE issued this tender three times… I have compared the old RFP and the new RFP, and I found some discrepancies… The first discrepancy is that there were three clauses of poor performances which was completely wiped out from the new RFP. In the earlier RFP, there was a clause called blacklisted earlier, whereas in the new RFP, it was changed to blacklisted currently. Why would the board want a service provider which was blacklisted earlier? The third thing I found out is the 50 crore limit, which you needed to qualify, and coempt qualified that by 1.7% … The time frame of corrupt practices was halved, and there were project criteria changes… It shows a pattern that the industry giant TCS was not preferred, but coempt was preferred, which works as a very fragmented group of institutions…”

I can now confirm to you Motorsport Icon Hari Singn is dead and he was killed by billionaire Raymond Group chairman @SinghaniaGautam (the one who stole from his father), due to drunk and reckless driving.

@SinghaniaGautam fled Maldives with help from @MMuizzu gov. Maldives corrupt police facilitated his immediate departure. He even refused to provide his personal info to hospital when he was brought to Felidhu for injuries. So there is no record of him ever being at the hospital. He fled Maldives as soon as he was able to walk. There’s no investigation on him. It was him that was driving the motorboat that night, confirmed by himself to police and reported by multiple newspapers including Adhadhu. He was heavily drunk. Police are restricted from speaking about this incident in detail too cause President Muizzu doesn’t want anyone to talk about it.

He paid a substantial amount of money, in millions to ruling party PNC gov to flee from the country. Maldives has a local council election and a referendum on 4 April 2026 and @MMuizzu is desperate for money to win the election. He wins elections by bribing people on small islands through door to door campaign.
