@Airtel_Presence It was because of service issue related to intermittent wifi disruption. Team was not able to resolve the issue even after multiple tickets and visits. Fed up with the service and the another example i have just on my twitter complaint.

@makemytripcare This is the only problem, i am facing and feeling helpless becoz noone taking ownership and playing with ticket-ticket. Urgent help needed here but again ticket raised but even after 2 hrs noone called-up.
