@VodafoneUK Really wish you could offer a more reliable service. It's so poor and doing maintenance for a week has seriously affected the already poor quality of Internet.

@BBCWatchdog#evri for not delivering parcels in the run-up to Christmas!! My parcel is still ‘out for delivery’ last Thursday… its now the following Tuesday evening with no update! My boyfriend also has a parcel full of Christmas presents that has been delayed with no update or reason why!
@BBCWatchdog Yes I do . Could you look into courier companies - specifically @YodelOnline and Evri . They have lost my parcel and just will not respond. I have even written to the ceo and am not getting anywhere
@BBCWatchdog Evri courier service needs to be investigated. No change in shoddy service since rebranding. Drivers lying about deliveries, parcels being held in to, never adhering to the delivery time slot. Every parcel I have ‘delivered’ by Evri has had each one of these issues. Please help!!
@BBCWatchdog Please can you look at #evri they have disabled their customer service and there's no means of contacting anyone. They have lost 2 parcels of mine in 2 weeks.
