@davidwrossiter@GadzhiIman Good argument from the physical standpoint, which is true. But there are still people that report about headaches after using those headphones.
@BowTiedUM So, you say to take it orally. Can I also apply it to my skin ? I have psoriasis on my head, and I am looking for a natural treatment. Sounds also interesting as a skin care product.
@KasparsBarkans In general, taking initiative to solve problems (even small ones) is what I see lacking in a lot of academic people. They are annoyed by something, but then ignore it since it does not affect them directly. So, problems add up.
The biggest flex is Return-on-Investment.
How jacked can you get going to the gym two times a week?
How much can you learn in one hour a day?
How is personal brand growing when only investing 20 min each day?
We have to spread our attention.
We have to apply the 80/20 principle in most of the things we are doing.
Before going all in ideas, you must validate them.
This is done by undertaking small experiments.
Experiments which are
- fast
- small scale
- cheap
Nothing is worse then doing something for a year and then noticing it doesn't work.
I learned to relax in crucial situation.
Most situations are not as critical as it seems in that moment.
They are repetitions.
Steps along your way.
Not the end.
Not the final event that decides win or failure.
Most people ignore daily problems.
Yes.
They just step over them, and swipe them under the carpet.
They are defaulting to problem observation.
In my life, I am just now transitioning from being a problem observer to a problem solver.
I will actively seek opportunities to solve the problems I am facing.
I see it as a community service.
