Hoooooly moly I forgot how stressful getting gig tickets is. AXS website rubbish THEN ACCUSES ME of being a bot because Iβm having to refresh it. Kudos to HG for staying asleep almost to the second I confirmed. Rob is excited to listen to me sing every word of Definitely Maybe π
Caught Freshers βFlu on day one π΅βπ« I hate to say, but I think it was actually worse than Covidβ¦ though much shorter lived! Sore throat on Tuesday, peaked on Friday but feeling more perky today. Almost ready for week 2 of @LSBULibrary library orientations!
@SpotifyUK Notwithstanding the fact that maybe I - a long time paying customer - want to listen to white noise, my son is 4 months old and Iβm not getting him a premium account. This message pops up frequently and it gets more and more annoying. Stop?
@MACcosmetics disappointed to have been given some dodgy advice in store, wanted a powder one shade lighter than my last and was given one shade darker even when I questioned whether that was correct. Obviously the one I bought is now used but would be nice if you could help
I have been a remiss host today and neglected to live tweet anything - can i claim it's because i'm listening very intently...will do a summary later! #cpd25
Kicking off the @cpd25_M25 Research Forum this morning in the @LSBU Hub! A great first outing for this event, looking forward to hearing from our speakers about their library and information research interests #cpd25
really want to rush down the stairs to the platform. Gate staff sometimes let me through when I arrive around 8:40 but some donβt and it just adds a bit of stress to my journey. (2/2)
@Se_Railway not complaining but some feedback: appreciate there has to be a cut off time for off peak tickets to go through barriers, but often they still donβt work at 8:45 and I have to ask gate staff anyway. My commute train leaves at 8:49, and Iβm pregnant so donβt (1/2)
cpd25 are pleased to announce our next in-person event! Join us on the 26th January at the LSBU Hub for our Research Forum and enjoy a day of presentations & networking, plus a tour of the library. Full programme & booking info can be found on our website: https://t.co/dAzsmNzb7I
@Se_Railway massive thanks to the gate manager at Chatham this morning for letting me through to catch my train when the queue to collect a ticket was literally out the station door, life saver!
