It’s almost everyone that has not yet made it by 40. It’s not just you alone. Most of succes takes time. We are accustomed to the 10,000 hour rule but for fast majority of folks, that success takes more than 10 years. We are what new science on success calls the late bloomers

I can tell you because we begin @QuestworksKenya 10 years ago. So ideally, I should be completely financially stable. Most of that is tied in assets as we have reinvested 120%.

That’s not true. For starters;

-not specialized

-Project Management. Construction. Solar. Real estate. Supply chain. Writing experience
-Wrote 2 books. One sold 0 books
-Not nailed a niche in real estate
-no home yet
-couple areas with interests + skill
-not yet financially independent
-no exit

-earn 5X less than peers;
Thankfully I’m learning and having so much fun.
-some awards to to shore up that syndrome
-learning so much to worry
-can live on $2K or less
-Maintaining broad interests still for fun & learning
-trying investing to support & learn
