Mental load and emotional labor are often just poor planning dressed up as exhaustion.

We grew up with sisters. We’ve watched y’all have a million clothes, shoes, bags, and 10 things going on at once…then get

overwhelmed, confused, and angry because everything suddenly feels urgent.

Yall carry that same chaos mindset into marriage and then blame your husband for your “mental load.”

My wife used to do it too. One Wednesday, she came home from work and started cleaning even though she had cleaned three days earlier.

I asked, “Why are you cleaning now? Can’t it wait until the weekend?” I made her stop cooking and cleaning on weekdays unless something actually needed attention.

We handle it on weekends when we’re both home. She started sleeping better almost immediately.

Sometimes the solution isn’t making your husband “help” with more. It’s learning to do less.

You don’t need to cook, clean, organize, plan, and perfect everything every single day. If it can wait, let it wait if it'd not that important or urgent. Doctor’s appointment is next Friday, why are you stressing about his outfit for that day?

Stop creating an impossible workload, refusing to simplify, exhausting yourself, and then calling your husband unsupportive because he didn’t volunteer to manage a standard that existed entirely in your head.

That’s not mental load. That’s poor planning. Simple.

It’s wild to watch the truth about Fauci and Covid come to light, and the public are just kind of like “yeah get on with it”.

The lies and corruption were so obvious in real-time, that the disclosure phase feels lackluster.

It also doesn’t help that the Left-wing MSM are completely uninterested in reporting on all this, because that would mean that they would have to admit that they were wrong and complicit in these crimes against humanity, so everything is being transmitted via social media.

It’s just so surreal for the truth to come out, that covid was man-made, masks/distancing was all made-up nonsense, the vaccines were not safe and effective, etc., and there’s not even a peep of outrage from the outrage machine. They are more concerned about “trans rights” in the WNBA, than they are about the fact that the government made bioweapon that “got out” and killed millions of people, and then conspired with the media to lie about it and cover it up…

It just proves that all public “outrage” is manufactured, and the sheep are only mad when instructed to be.
