While the mediators have made a great effort, Hamas does not appear to be coordinated or acting in good faith. We will now consider alternative options to bring the hostages home and try to create a more stable environment for the people of Gaza. It is a shame that Hamas has acted in this selfish way. New developments in #Armenia suggest the current government is employing tactics similar to those used by pro-#EU governments in Moldova the Ukraine and previously Georgia, labelling the Armenian Apostolic Church as pro-Russian in an attempt to continue its crackdown on institutions beyond its control.

Recent polls show the Church enjoys around an 80% favourable approval rating, compared with 16% for the ruling party seeking reelection in June 2026.

A few days ago, Armenia's National Security Service (employed and controlled by PM Pashinyan for political goals on numerous occasions) revealed a document it claimed shows the brother of the church's head was recruited by the Soviet KGB in 1988, however, the document is written in Armenian and does not resemble the format of similar actual documents of the time, giving way to serious doubts and credibility of the claim.

My ancient ancestors supported William the Conquerer at The Battle of Hastings, Robert de Vullibus of Normandy.
