Three things I wish more people understood about health:

-It’s not guaranteed. You can do everything “right” and still get sick.
-That doesn’t mean healthy habits don’t matter, they still help.
-If you’re struggling, get help. Meds and support are tools, not failures.

Health isn’t a moral achievement.

The fact that some doctors genuinely cannot afford to participate in the #DoctorsStrike only proves that we are not part of some wealthy elite, but just another group of people working harder than we did for less than we deserve when everything costs more than it should.
