@RapsodoGolf How? When your company can’t give reliable customer service in the first 30 days with the initial warranty. What an absolute waste of money! Stuck with a faulty monitor and given the run around for weeks now. This is unacceptable.

@RapsodoGolf 10 days I’ve spent trying to get support for a faulty launch monitor. I asked for a refund within my 30 days and all you’ve done is stall me. Chargeback initiated with my CC for this faulty device and crap customer service.

@AirCanada 2/2 this is not a good way to treat your “super elite” travellers when you dole out “special” orange “priority” tags. I like my suite case with $3500 in contents as well as my AirPods. Find my luggage! This is day 5, numerous flights into YYT from YUL. Not good enough

@DanielleM506 @AirCanada Good luck! We have super elite status, and the majority of flights we try to upgrade on give us an error. They will only give an upgrade if business isn’t sold out at regular price.
