@Apple@AppleSupport
You are denying warranty service based on alleged tampering, but you haven't explained what was tampered with or provided supporting evidence, and you are refusing a re-diagnostic.
Explaining in the coming threads on how I was scammed by @Apple .

@AkaneRios16580 They're asking me payup for display and battery replacement while mobile's under warranty by accusing me for mobile tampering without any proof.
@Apple@AppleSupport We want:
• The exact reason for the “tampered” classification
• Diagnostic evidence/report supporting it
• Appropriate warranty service if no tampering is established
A 4-month-old iPhone should not be denied warranty service based on an unexplained allegation.

This is not about demanding something that isn't covered under warranty.
If there is genuine evidence that the device was tampered with, please show us exactly what was found and explain how it was determined.
We are simply asking for a transparent and fair assessment.
@Apple@AppleSupport 6/8
We also requested a re-diagnostic/second assessment.However, the service centre is refusing.
How can a customer reasonably challenge a warranty denial when the alleged reason for denial isn't clearly explained and a second assessment isn't being offered?
@Apple@AppleSupport 5/8
We asked the service team to provide evidence/details of the alleged tampering.
What component was tampered with?
What exactly was detected during diagnostics?
What diagnostic result supports this conclusion?
We have not been given any clear evidence or explanation.
@Apple@AppleSupport 4/8
The service centre itself confirmed that there was no physical damage to the device.
The only place we had taken the phone for any service/inspection was the Apple Authorised Service Centre itself.
So I genuinely want to understand: what exactly was supposedly tampered with?
@Apple@AppleSupport 3/8
The device then went through diagnostics.
But after the diagnostics, we were suddenly told that the iPhone was “tampered” and therefore the warranty service/replacement would not be provided.
This came as a complete shock because the phone had not been tampered with.
@Apple@AppleSupport 2/8
The service team checked the device and confirmed that it was under warranty. We were told that the device would be replaced after completing the required diagnostics.
So far, everything seemed straightforward.

My brother’s iPhone 17, which is only 4 months old, developed a display issue. What happened after we approached Apple’s authorised service centre has been extremely frustrating.We took the iPhone to an Apple Authorised Service Centre for inspection.
