Tried #Lenskart online ordering service as found the app is interesting with wide range of frames & latest technology like 3-D try ons.

But lesson learnt post delivery & why I may not ever rely on @Lenskart_com in future.

1/ Frame fitting issue

2/ Lens power issue

3/ Discomfort in vision

4/ Overpriced. They provided Bi-Focal lens instead of Progressive, while the same is available at half price in reputed local store !! 😨
Who wears Bi-Focal today ?! 😏

5/ No Return available as 10 clauses added in policy which customer will somehow failed to return.

6/ No call from Lenskart support for pre or post delivery for confirmation !! 😡

All service cant be achieved via AI, by replacing human. Disappointed.
