Wanted to share something cool - my kids volunteer by playing live guitar concerts at memory care centers. Brings a lot of joy to those who may not be able to go and see live music...
We had two very nice moments where residents recognized the "mystery" songs we ended with (1/3)
For the holidays, our lab had a gingerbread decoration contest. Please help me by sharing your vote for the best ginger bread houses! #pathology#labmedicine
This is all fascinating and I'm so interested to see how this resolves. But more importantly, does everyone realize what a flex it is to give your twitter handle the 'Cassandra' moniker? Classics fans understand.
Nvidia emailed a memo to Wall Street sell side analysts to push back on my arguments.
I stand by my analysis. Obviously, the full analysis does not fit in a tweet. I will release on my timeline.
The first post in The Heretic’s Guide to AI’s Stars “Supply-Side Gluttony” is up now.

If you are a resident who hates lymph nodes -> this is for you
If you are a #hemepath fellow that hasn't seen many pediatric nodes -> this is for you
If you are a #pedipath + #hemepath trained person... just hate watch it I guess

Announcement: I will be doing a 2 part pediatric lymph node workshop in January.
