@GersonPaull_MD@kis_lorand The deposition of significant amounts of immunoglobulin almost always means a plasma cell neoplasm. As such, I would recommend evaluation of SPEP and staging appropriate for myeloma

@Jas_Mc886 No. It is quite rare. However, I have become more vigilant in looking for it in lymphomas, and raise the concern for HLH if I see "significant" hemophagocytosis.
