Last week I texted my sister that I was overwhelmed. She said come over. She made me pozole. I sat at her table in my feelings.

Today my sister texted me she was overwhelmed. She came home to a clean house and dinner ready in the same kitchen.

For one, have you considered I may have played under a different name?

But more importantly, none of that changes the argument.

I want to make it easier for people to speak up against this insanity. And look what happens the moment someone does.

Not one of you has refuted a single argument from my video. Not one of you has addressed the principle I laid out.

Instead, you’ve questioned whether I’m “qualified,” demanded my poker résumé, called me the same old names, mocked me for writing a book, and tried to discredit me personally.

Ironically, that’s exactly what my book is about.

When people can’t answer an argument, they often attack the person making it instead.

My book has sold over 250 copies in the past month and has a perfect 5-star rating because people recognize these persuasion tactics once they learn to spot them.

So if you think I’m wrong, quote something I said and explain why it’s wrong.

If all you have are insults, demands for my résumé, or attempts to discredit me personally, you’ve only reinforced the very point I made.

THE INSPIRATION OF AMERICA

Next to the entrance of The Red House, the Parliament of Trinidad and Tobago in the capital of Port of Spain, there is this marble inscription. It is clear that it is inspired by our 1776 Declaration of Independence and America’s founding principles. Trinidad’s population is 99% either Indian (from India), African, or a mix of the two. 64% are Christian, 21% Hindu, 6% Moslem, others undeclared – and all have these principles as a common bond between them.

Here in the Caribbean’s Trinidad is such a clear example of how America’s founding moral principles are such an inspiration to all humanity, of all cultures, creeds, and ethnicities. They are universal, America’s heritage as a gift to the world. This is the heritage of all Americans – something we need to cherish is we celebrate the 250th
