My Tata safari which is Tata's most expensive car caught fire suddenly in a parking area when it was parked in complete shutdown mode. We asked to investigate the issue .Now 11 Months has Passed no investigation done,and still nothing helpful from the company. @TataMotors_Cars

for fireoutbreak and requested for compensation or replacement of this unit bcoz it's a manufacturing error. Now 4Months has Passed by still nothing helpful from the company. It's a total loss for us. @TataMotors_Cars

My car caught fire on 15/05/25,It was parked at Shut down mode with lock doors.Suddenly it started flaming underneath the bonnet by its own which later spread to it's body. I request @TataMotors to please do the needful at the earliest and replace this unit with a different one.

@TataMotors_Cars Concerned raised by me has not yet been addressed. No one from Tata has confirmed us about the replacement of the vehicle or complete compensation for the loss. More delay will led us to file a complaint soon.
Please look into the matter ASAP

It's a complete technical issue of the car,I need a complete replacement of the car or proper compensation for it. Its a techinal issue of the car for which I have to only blame the car manufacturer.

*Kindly note-This two online news article site has posted wrong information on their website. Stating that car was in start-up mode,It's completely wrong news(without car Key car cannot be in start mode"Common sense")Car was in complete REST with IGNITION off. @SentinelAssam
