@umaanandansays@KalyaanBJP_@annamalai_k@katpadidmk Reply gets more attention. Hmmm... Kalyan needs lot of soul searching to do. Scoot and run seems to be his only idea. On one hand he says he gives ideas to DMK and on the other hand he posts like this. Possibility of him having multiple personality disorder cannot be ruled out
Unfortunate situation for many Hindus today is that to fight against coercion, brainwash or push back on discrimination against dharmic symbols or Sanatani practices, they fear losing their jobs, influence, or getting bullied or sidelined. For them, I have tried to create a playbook that actually helps people act smartly without risking jobs or inviting unnecessary trouble.
This is survival level awareness. The pattern is real i.e, slow conditioning, social pressure, and selective rules that make you self-censor before anyone even forces you. For Hindus, the real danger is not open attack. It's silent adjustment; where you start hiding your own identity to fit in.
So here's a practical, low risk, real world playbook. It is designed for people who need to defend themselves without inviting unnecessary trouble:
➥ Rule 1: Never argue. Always document :▬ If a workplace or any other place bans ur bindi, tilak, sindoor, kalawa, or Sanatani rituals while allowing other faiths, do not shout. Send a polite email/message asking, 'Can u clarify why this rule applies only to my symbols?' Screenshot everything. That email/message is ur evidence later. Or quietly video record.
➥ Rule 2: Spot the slow trap :▬ Coercion or brainwashing never starts with a direct demand. It starts with friendship, favors, and small requests like 'just try this once.' The moment a colleague asks u to hide ur God photo or remove dharmic symbols or join a religious practice that isn't urs, say 'I'm not comfortable' or 'some other priority' and note the date. Document or record the pattern. No drama.
➥ Rule 3: Use the 'neutral observer' line :▬ When pressured, say calmly, 'I respect all faiths, but I prefer to follow my own. Let's keep work about work.' This shuts down most attempts without making u a target. Practice it at home so it comes out naturally. Document or video record the pattern.
➥ Rule 4: Build a private backup network :▬ Identify 2-3 trusted colleagues or friends (same faith or just decent humans) outside ur reporting chain or outside ur circle. Share only facts, not emotions. If something feels wrong, run it by them before reacting. The Nashik case fell apart bcz victims had no safe outlet.
➥ Rule 5: Know which laws actually help :▬ Anti-conversion laws have low conviction rates, but the Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act (POSH) and Indian Penal Code Section 506 (criminal intimidation) work better. If coercion includes threats or blackmail, file a POSH complaint first. That triggers a formal inquiry within 60 days. Document and record everything quietly and safely.
➥ Rule 6: Wear ur symbols quietly but consistently :▬ Do not ask for permission. Just wear a small tilak or kalawa. If questioned, say 'It's my personal religious practice.' No explanation beyond that. Over time, normalization wins. The goal is not to provoke; it's to be present. Document or video/audio record everything quietly.
➥ Rule 7: Teach kids without fear :▬ At home, explain why bindi, tilak, or sindoor are not fashion but history and science as per our Vedic studies. Let them see u wearing it. If a school bans symbols, ask in writing, 'Is this policy applied equally to all faiths?' Get the answer on record. Then decide ur next step.
➥ Rule 8: Never sign a 'voluntary' change :▬ If HR or anyone asks u to remove religious items 'to avoid distraction,' ask for a written policy or rule that applies to everyone. If they refuse to put it in writing, that tells u everything. Do not sign anything without reading twice. Video or audio record if possible.
➥ Rule 9: Use National Human Rights Commission :▬ It costs nothing to file a complaint online. Even if nothing happens immediately, ur complaint becomes a data point or a record. Multiple complaints from one workplace force a visit. That alone changes behavior.
➥ Rule 10: Stay long-term, not loud :▬ This is a generational fight. U will not win every small battle. But every time u document or record, every time u say no politely, every time u teach ur child one story from our scriptures; u build a wall. Civilizations fall when people get exhausted, not when they lose one fight.
You don't need to be loud. You don't need to fight everyone. You need to be calm, consistent, and impossible to quietly erase. A civilization doesn't disappear when attacked. It disappears when its own people stop showing up. So show up; smartly, steadily, and without fear.
Final blunt truth: u don't need to be a hero. U just need to be a stubborn, quiet, paper-trail-leaving Hindu who refuses to disappear. Same weak laws become strong if you have strong documented proof. RT/Share this with every Hindu u know. Add ur own rules in the comments and start today.
