Also in the entire Shivaji housing Society Area no one follows P1 and P2. @PuneCityTraffic will occasionally seize some 2 wheelers but no action against mall visitors and Uber taxi's. It has become a NIGHTMARE

Pakistan’s national cultural heritage is precisely 79 years old. Indic civilisation, by contrast, is thousands of years old. Rich, layered, and among the world’s oldest continuous civilisational traditions.

Pakistan has spent much of its existence trying to convince itself that it was Arab, Turkic, Persian, and/or Afghan.
In that prolonged identity crisis, it not only rejected its Indic inheritance but decimated its minorities and erased all its markers.

Then, almost overnight, like last month, it seems to have suddenly rediscovered its Indic roots, helped along in no small measure by enthusiastic foreign cheerleaders such as yourself, and @AusHCPak

As someone who actually belongs to that civilisation, my well meaning advice to you would be to focus on preserving British culture and heritage instead.

Your Pakistani diaspora appears to be proving far more effective at diluting the traditions of its adopted home than Pakistan ever was at preserving the civilisation from which it emerged.
