@DrHeiberger Yes, I haven't always been able to do that. It took me years to get here. As I have gotten older and kids grown I think of myself more and what makes me happy and what don't.

A3: I have affirmations that I say everyday, I listen to my Gospel music on my way to work and I dance in my car on the way home. When I get home I ask my family to give me at least an hour to unwind from my day. That does not pertain to my grandson though lol #huskychat
