@StandardBankZA I did now hold on for ages and have to share details over the phone to get feedback on my loan.

My problem is why does my private banker not interact to give me feedback, advice and explain tge process?
It has literally not helped me in any way to have private banking.

@StandardBankZA once again the poorest service provided.
What a waste of money to pay for so called “Private Banking”.
Same story every time you want to try and find out something simple or in this case apply for a home loan.
Just no feedback, no advice, no replies on emails…

Rather move all banking over to any one of the other bank, who all responded promptly with home loan offers and great service.
@StandardBankZA private banking will keep you waiting for weeks. And while you have to go through numerous call centre calls just for feedback…
