Apparently if your flight is changed to an inconvenient time, you have to source your own flight 🤷‍♀️ no financial help towards it either @TUIUK this is appalling customer service. You can cancel, claim and rebook 🤦‍♀️ #worstcustomerservice

- ANYONE who's household gets child benefit
- ANYONE who's got kids but doesn't claim child benefit because they earn above the threshold

They need to ensure you're not missing out on £1,000s or £10,000s to their state pension
