28yo primip. ~8wks GA with mild spotting, no pain. #pocus (video/still shown below) demonstrates an ~8cm multi-septated cystic lesion in myometrium.

Giant myometrial cyst?
Cystic adenomyoma?
Other?

75yo M 2nd visit with vague abdominal pain. Hypertensive. Normal abdominal/neuro/CV exams. #pocus to rule out AAA: Abdominal aorta slightly enlarged but also has clear flap! CT confirmed Type B dissection..

@POCUSAcademy Yes.....Definitely some suggestion of air....could be within the lumen near the fundus...or just outside the GB? Tough to tell for certain? Either way.....surgical emergency.
