On the sidelines of Dubai FinTech Summit, I met with Bill Winters - Group Chief Executive, Standard Chartered PLC, Jenny Johnson - President and CEO Franklin Templeton; and Piyush Gupta - CEO Development Bank of Singapore, we discussed the future of FinTech & innovation sector, and establishing strong partnerships with the most prominent international institutions. Dubai will continue to strengthen its position as a global destination for financial services and will remain a leading hub for FinTech companies in the world.

Today we opened the first edition of the Dubai FinTech Summit, hosted by @DIFC. The summit hosts more than 100 exhibitors & 120 speakers & experts, during which more than 20 MoUs will be signed with global partners to advance the future of finance in the sector, whose value will reach $270 B in the Middle East, Africa & South Asia by 2027.

Dubai is the future of financial technology & aims to be one of the 4 most important financial centers in the world, as envisioned by @HHShkMohd & in alignment with its economic agenda D33.
