The founder of Driveline, @drivelinebases now works within MLB as the Reds' pitching coordinator, but that's not his only role in Cincinnati. He talked to @DavidLaurilaQA about helping with scouting and the draft, as well as his new role with the Reds. https://t.co/eadwFPgvSy
@CoachJTuck Had the same conversation(s) yesterday. I just don't get the outrage. Swing your drop 3 when you can, but don't feel bad because you grew later than most of the rest.
@NapoleonBandits So sorry to hear this. I modeled my program after yours & countless players benefitted from it. Thank you for the relationship, you're going to be impossible to replace
Mookie Betts returns to Fenway this weekend for the first time since being traded so here are my thoughts…
• Mookie would’ve stayed if offered a fair contract, he’s said so himself
• It doesn’t matter if the Red Sox offered $300M or not… he’s worth even more
• Boston should’ve never traded him (obvious fact)
• If Boston was hell bent on trading him then they should’ve gotten A LOT more than they did
• Mookie is a MVP player, one of the best in franchise history and is still playing as good as any player in baseball
• He should still be in Boston
