@OrinKerr I think so. The concern about the unfairness of extra time is real (and I share it). But I think it can be better solved by strictly limiting word counts to prevent exams becoming typing contests. I also think that’s more challenging than regurgitating as many cases as possible.

@lymanstoneky This misses the entire point! The reason why people are wary of politicians owning stocks is because they might (and do) use their inside knowledge to improve their returns. If his money is in a pension fund that he doesn’t manage, that doesn’t apply.
