Trust dsn’t come about u have to invest in it. Trust is the single point dat binds together, Rwandan’s aspiration is prosperity n we wnt to do it with the rest of our continent. @PaulKagame@PMAbiy@CharlesMichel#Kwibuka25#RwOT@RwandaGov
"If you look at what has happened in Eastern Congo, and everything we have gone through over the past four or five years, and you look at what we have left behind, there is evidence. There are facts that speak for themselves. In Eastern Congo, in Goma and elsewhere, the whole world came together against Rwanda. The whole world lined up against Rwanda: the FDLR and all the groups associated with it that have been mentioned, the Wazalendo, the Burundian forces, the FARDC, the South Africans, and many others. I would rather not spend time naming them all; there were so many.
When you look at the scale of what they had assembled there and what they were up against, it is clear that what they were trying to do was wage war against Rwanda, destabilize our country, and reshape it the way they wanted. In fact, they said so themselves. Ordinarily, if someone were to say these things without evidence, you might think they were simply trying to frighten people, to intimidate them.
To convince themselves that what they wanted was within reach and that they were going to achieve it, they even brought in mercenaries. You know that many of them passed through here. We gave free passage to our enemies, allowing them to leave a war they waged against us, a war that was never theirs to begin with. That alone tells you something. And it is also something for which our forces, together with others who stood with them, deserve recognition.
As for Rwanda, we will always be in a struggle for our very existence. Regardless of those who wish us harm, surrounding us from many sides, one thing remains true: we should and will always be a step ahead of them.
It is our right. It is our will. And our history has taught us that we have within ourselves the capacity to defend and protect ourselves whenever necessary. And that is exactly what we will continue to do." President Kagame | Unity Club Meeting

Grateful to document another space where Africa’s future is being discussed, built, and envisioned.

Africa’s sports economy is projected to reach $20B by 2035 — and investors should be paying attention.
I just wrapped an incredible conversation with @EleniGiokos and Masai Ujiri, co-founder of @GiantsOfAfrica, on why arenas, courts, and concert venues are as vital to Africa’s future as roads and power infrastructure.
Securing broadcast and merchandising rights, building transparent sponsorship markets, leveraging audience data, and developing multi-use arenas that generate year-round revenue will be critical to unlocking #Africa’s sports and entertainment potential.
The sports value chain can become a true game-changer for the continent.
Let’s build it.

Every event tells a story. The best ones start in Rwanda.
Home to world-class venues, iconic experiences, and tales of events that brought the world together, and that time refuses to forget.
Rwanda is safe, clean, visa-free, and ready. For your conference. Your summit. Your gala. Your next big moment. It’s a destination that stays with you.

“Even in difficult times, don’t waste that time, learn from it. There are lots of lessons in difficult times. There should be lessons in good times too, meaning just don’t pass the day, and the year like that. Take something from it and associate it with a purpose, meaning a purpose of your life.” President Kagame | ASG Matriculation Ceremony.

#RwOT Before you judge…
Here is what I witnessed at the @GraceRoom meetings at @bkarenarw
I am not rwandan and I am not a member of Graceroom ministries but was rather invited as a guest singer you can decide whether I can be a reliable witness or not but let me say what I saw.
First of all these meetings are called thanksgiving because they are mainly about people’s testimonies of what God has been doing in their lives through the ministry of that woman that many are criticizing for successfully organizing events at that level. Were you expecting her to fail just because she is a woman ?
Were you going to troll her if she had not filled that place ? Probably not. Most are hating on her because they can’t understand why such a woman can convince people to wear white and attend in big numbers more than once. Mind you is just a pastor not even an “apostle”
Most of the people you saw, follow Grace Room online ( YouTube) as you know, the ministry doesn’t have a facility to contain all those people you saw in white.
1) 80 % of the testimonies I heard were about young people who were addicted to drugs and are now free from their addictions because of the gospel they heard leading them to salvation.
2) 20 percent of the testimonies are about broken families reunited, physical and emotional healing I sat there and I often do, I never heard anyone telling them to give money in exchange of miracles.
3) I was seated close to local authorities who were also invited there as main partners in what the ministry does in Remera. Believe me they know Graceroom better than some of us commenting here on X, that’s why they attended.
Now I know we have different opinions about the Church and some abuses that exist, I know some churches or ministries have been shut down because of that and I personally explained this matter in an a series of interviews with @JackieLumbasi she can link link them here in the comments. I am not a supporter of those using the gospel for their gains. I was actually glad some of those scammers got exposed and their actions limited by RGB
However we must be careful not to criticize everything without scrutiny or badmouth everyone carelessly. That can even constitute a criminal offense punishable by laws.
On Saturday a particular testimony caught my attention. A man who used to work in local government I think at the cell level came to testify how he lost his job due to him being addicted to alcohol and spending the family money in drugs. He seemed to be known by many people and he openly testified how he got saved through the Grace room ministry and is now free from addiction… I mean who doesn’t want to see more of that in this nation!
The true Gospel brings real transformation in people’s lives.
Among those people in white most come from Kigali, others from different parts of the country, some even from abroad.
I know misery loves company but let’s not criticize someone for merely succeeding in what they do.
Does she have people supporting her ministry of course she does. Even myself I go to sing there because I support what she does as a minister and it’s not a GIG for me!
People are being saved, delivered from addiction, others are supported to abandon prostitution and given capital to start a different life and many can testify. I think it’s that kind of ministry that even the government should support.
On a light note! Instead of merely criticizing maybe go and open a clothing shop and sell white clothes. You will benefit more!
A heartfelt thank you to the incredible youth who stood with us yesterday—your energy, dedication, and unity made all the difference. Special thanks @Inganzongali Troop, the @KigaliShapers, and all Friends of Our Past Initiative. Your support continues to inspire hope and purpose.

Well at this point, we as the Rwandan youth have to stand up for our country and for our president. Thank you @PaulKagame for keeping us safe 🇷🇼 we stand as one nation with our president and we are ready for anything.
I woke up thinking…if #RWANDA can have these BIG dreams and our President @PaulKagame is pursuing them relentlessly to make them a reality…what is stopping us from doing the same with ours?
Come 2025, I am trippling my efforts!
