@EE Hi Andrew, I have been to the apple genius bar today and they confirmed phone is dead and and no explanation as to how or why and then went into ee store who told me nothing can be done for me unless I pay over £400 to end my current contract. Wow is all i can say

@AppleUK_ @EE So Friday morning I woke up with my iphone 7 stuck on boot screen. Long story short - 2 weeks out of warranty I get told my phone is dead and now have a year left to pay for something I can't use due no fault of my own! NOT HAPPY

@coopuk just been to the Nottingham, Netherfield store, most of the staff are always lovely, but today as per many other occasions, I was served by a very rude and unfriendly staff member. Not a great face for the brand or branch to be honest.
