Yes he said he was poisoned after speaking at an event I think in Philly or somewhere East with a payload of snake venom.
His Dr friends had tested him after his body blew up like a balloon feet up to chest and they found the venom.
He managed to get through it seemingly after a few weeks I believe , the inflammation went down and he gave an interview I saw, and then passed a week later.:(
