@UtilitaEnergy Quickest way? waited 35 mins to start an online chat & then over an hour on phone to then be hung up on. Your customer service is appalling. Essentially, you've allowed someone to switch my supply fraudulently & refused me help. @OctopusEnergy will sort it, they are 100% better

Really *really* disappointed that @marksandspencer Bridgend @McArthurGlenUK has moved to being primarily self-service tills. The staff there were some of the best...not just any staff but M&S staff. It was absolutely faceless yesterday. A world away from their brand.
