@herffjones I'm near ATL and my cousin is missing her "Class of 2022" sash from her graduation pkg. My aunt has called your company 4 days. I told her to email Rick like the msg says and crickets. Cant even leave a voicemail bc the call just drops when no one answers #PoorService

Came to say how awful @herffjones is bc 6 days b4 graduation the class is getting generic caps & gowns instead of the custom ordered & only $5 refund but I see it's a Herff Jones theme. Announcements are wrong as well, NO refund there. Terrible.

@RutgersU @Rutgers_Camden & other schools need to stop doing business with @herffjones. Graduation is today and I still haven't received my cap and gown. I've been on hold for 3-1/2 and counting and still no answer. & sadly, this isn't just me. @herffjones give everyone refunds.

@herffjones @bbb_us update on this: bbb successfully helped me get a full refund! i never got my hood and after i filed a complaint w/the bbb i received a call from a VP at herff jones the NEXT day as well as a refund in 3 business days! so yes it does work.
