Only if ad charge increases.
Does WeChat charge users to use the platform?
Ofc not. Only charges commission when using specific services/add-ons, and primarily charges advertisers to be on its platforms

I'm not sure I understand the need for any of this new Digital Bill.
Just as we honed in on GDPR and its nuances, Nadine wants to change it all - for what? To simplify something that's simple?

*Pre-covid: an actual telephone call, 15-20 mins to ascertain interest, get basic info
*Post-covid: video call. Without even asking if you're ok with that, if you can, if convenient. Just a zoom invite, end of.
