The Effects of Gratitude Expression on Neural Activity (2016)

Researchers found that people who wrote letters expressing gratitude showed greater neural sensitivity to gratitude in the medial prefrontal cortex, even three months later.

What fascinates me is the idea that gratitude might be more than just a temporary emotion. The way we express it may actually influence how our brains respond to it over time.

It's a small study, but I find the implications genuinely beautiful.

Maybe gratitude isn't just something we feel. It's also something we can practice.

西伯利亚未知病毒泄露导致官方隔离了197个人。我已经follow这个有几天了，开始只有几个专门研究病毒泄露的账号在说这个，这两天各大媒体也跟进。

泄露地点是一个鼠疫实验室Irkutsk Anti-Plague Research Institute。俄国官方说法是试管摔破导致泄露，现在一个研究员感染“未知病毒导致的肺炎”(很可能是肺鼠疫)去世，在医院隔离的其它人没有症状。

基于FSB下场专门负责隔离，以及俄国开始管控Irkusk去莫斯科航班的人员，实际情况可能要更严重。静观其变吧，但愿不要再来一次大流行。

贝莱德认为，大模型处理文字，和现实资产上链，其实在做同一件事，把现实世界翻译成机器能直接读、动手的格式。

AI 大模型把人们对话的文字切成 Token，机器才能理解和生成反馈，加密货币把现实资产切成 Token，机器才能查余额、链上结算、同步数据。

未来更多的 AI 代理，自己干活时，会更愿意直接接触链上资产，因为它们都是在链上公开的，不需要 AI 再去拿一堆授权，对接传统银行、账户和人工审批。

而在 AI 支付这一环，稳定币更可能当结算工具，比特币则被看成长期保值，这将引发巨大的需求。
