If such situations were to occur in the valley areas of Manipur, it would provoke an outcry across India and the world.

This critical situation has been reiterated time and again to both the State and Central Governments:
law and order must prevail and be uniformly enforced.
Justice must be served decisively through severe actions against Kuki-Zo terrorists and separatist communities in Manipur and across India.
