@robbystarbuck Got caught up in that. If we don’t get in or out of the car in under 10sec it is a security risk. All the lanes ended up blocked. Had they had blocked up the exit, let all the lanes fill with a car bomb in the middle of the back up no rescue could have gotten there for hours.

I have great neighbors behind me who garden a lot. If something quits running or they need something welded or fabricated I never decline to help. The vegetables are good but by my count this makes two rhubarb’s and one strawberry pie so far this year. It is so good.

@marciac95_ You will be fine and probably better for it but if you start pushing them away from the bucket to fight them for it cut back a little. Of course if you are using your head to push theirs out of the way then it is time to quit.

The next housing crash is coming. 1.Lock downs make many leave their apartments & buy homes further from work. 2.Raise their fuel prices to commute. 3.Raise their electric and heat bills which are already higher than for an apartment. 4.Raise their variable rate mortgage. #LGB
