Do not book @Hertz ! Avoid all costs. They tried charging me extra $900 for damages didn’t explain or show evidence. I made video of the whole car, can’t get through to support and haven’t received an email. I just canceled my next vacation hertz rental in Seattle. Horrible!

@Hertz Missed flight/trains/taxi due to Hertz return gate not opening. I submitted a detailed complaint to exec email and 7 minutes later got an AI generated response pretending to be “Katrina G”, not acknowledging anything of value
